I HATE cleaning a litter box. The dust, the smell, the nastiness just completed turns me off from the task. Arm and Hammer Double Duty Clumping Litter makes the entire chore more bearable. It holds together and minimizes dust and smell very well. Now, if I could only teach my cats to clean their own box, this would be a great relationship!

I need to stop using anything but fresh step. Honestly. I tried this because it was cheap, and had decent reviews. But within 2 days the box smelled like a strong mix of fake flowers and cat urine. The smell filled the bathroom where the litter box is kept and even got into the rest of my apartment. I would have preferred it did not have the strong flowery scent, that just made everything worse. Even after being cleaned the litter still smells awful. I replaced all of the litter within a week, usually I can clean the litter box twice a week and freshen it up with new litter, but not do a full replacement for 3-4 weeks.I'm going back to fresh step or scoop away. Those do a MUCH better job at containing odors within the litter box.

At first this litter seemed ok. It is scented, but the smell wasn't too bad at first. Once my cat used it, however, the perfume smell of the litter was overwhelming.
